Licensing Units
One protected Google Workspace/M365 user requires one license. You can protect all domain users or only some of them.
Deleted Users at No Additional Cost
You can protect unlimited number of users deleted from Google Workspace/M365 (“Archived Users”) at no additional cost. Archived Users’ data will remain and will be available for restore, can be searched, viewed or exported as needed. Archived users consume backup storage.
SharePoint/Teams/Groups/Shared Drives
No limits on the number of protected SharePoint/Teams/Groups/Shared Drives when users are licensed or/and Backup Storage is licensed.

Retention Limits
No limits in terms of number of versions or time.
